·         Customer service driven and focused

·         Solid foundation of PC (XP, 7), Apple Mac (10.4/Tiger -> 10.9 Mavericks), and Blackberry experience mandatory

·         85% PC, 15% Mac; Equal # of iOS and Blackberry devices

·         Requires proven Level 2 and Level 3 support expertise

·         Must have at least 5 years of IT related work experience

·         Must be highly responsive with excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly communicate actions and/or next steps

·         Must demonstrate strong skills in the areas of analysis, organization and escalation

·         May require minimal travel to local satellite offices

·         Customer service driven and focused 



·         Install, repair, configure and move computers, peripherals, and other end user equipment including printers

·         Provide computer support, software support, and application level to all levels of customers specifically VIP customers through phone and direct contact

·         Resolve technical problems on Windows and Mac platforms, as well as blackberry and iOS operating systems

·         Maintain documentation for all helpdesk and end user processes and procedures

·         Liaise with other technology groups for support

·         Travels to local locations occasionally, as required
